CMS (Content Management System)

If you will be updating the department/unit’s website, you’ll be working closely with Jen Schaefer (Web Content Admin for CAS). If you do not have access to the department/unit’s CMS; you will need to request it through our Service Portal or email to cas-technology@usf.edu. After an account has been created for you, Jen will schedule CMS training with you via Teams.

The CMS is very user friendly and there is little to no code experience needed due to the WYSIWYG editor. However Jennifer can work with you directly on any changes if you would rather have us handle those adjustments.
